The northern hemisphere’s drum fanatical enigma Roza Roza returns with another round of heavily swung, choppy drum jams, all shrouded in a smooth aura of glistening hi ends, smooth carpeted pads and rankling, chiming basses. “-”was by far one of the most off-kilter EPs we’ve released so far, and Sadok Sudei picks up where the frenetic drum skits left off, reaching further afield for inspiration and providing a refreshing angle on core elements and ideas distilled from Detroit techno, arp-led ambient and UK dub and bass influences.
